Changes …

Hello, Minterland!

Minterland first began on Twitter, with a like-minded community dedicated to our non-human companion animals. As most of you are aware, Twitter has changed significantly since it was acquired, and most of those changes are not conducive to open discourse or just being able to post a cat picture without someone dragging non-cat related discourse into the comments.

(Among other things)

For that reason, many in the Minterverse have decamped for bluer skies, otherwise known as Bluesky. Bluesky no longer requires an invitation, anyone can sign up. You will find most of the people you know are using the same handles. One helpful tool is this “starter pack” – if you follow the accounts on the starter pack, and look at their followers, you will be able to connect with just about everyone. We’re also excited to announce that our very talented Hibby has also started a YouTube channel for Minterland! You can find all of the adorable and informative videos Hibby’s created on the channel, and share them as you like.
